Congratulations to Jenni Tillet, Aboriginal Education Assistant at St John the Evangelist, Nowra. Jenni was sponsored by the Diocese of Wollongong to complete a Diploma in Education (Aboriginal Studies) at the University of Sydney. She recently graduated and is now completing a Bachelor of Education (secondary).

The Wollongong Catholic Education Office acknowledges the commitment this has taken and Jenni’s contribution to the education of Indigenous and non-Indigenous students in her school.

We also appreciate her ongoing work with the Diocesan Aboriginal Education Planning Group on behalf of teachers and students across the Diocese.
